well he is stuck in my head and i dont know what to do cuz i really really like him??

Just talk to him ask him what he is doing this weekend and if he would want to do something with you. You would be surprised at how affective that is. Us guys don't respond well to subtle hints you kind of have to spell it out for us.

Wait a few weeks. Eventually he will prove himself to be a jackass of one kind or another, and then you will change your mind.
Even if he ends up being the type of jackass that you can live with, it's always best to get over that whole romantic idea of who you THINK someone is and figure out who they really are before you jump in head first. It's kind of like testing the depth of a pool before diving in.

just be polite and not overbearing, guys like a challenge and will go to great lengths in a lot of cases to win a lady.

stop thinking and start acting. Come up to him one day with a hot drink and spill it on him and be like opps and then wipe it, and there you have it you get the man.
