Odd question to ask under Books and Authors. Strapless dresses seem to be still IN - pastel colors are nice for proms. Choose something affordable that goes well with your figure and your coloring. Take it from an older person - dont pick something too trendy. One day you will look at that prom pic and say WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING??? C.
