Go out on my back deck. We live on top of a mountain with even more mountains in our back yard. Across the street (and down 60 feet) is a wildlife preserve. It is so peaceful out there. I love the clear nights in the summer when you can hear the jazz concerts going on at the park 1/2 mile away.
If that doesn't work, I just have to wait until the kid's go to school at 7:30 in the morning.

I kick everyone out of my room, shut the door and turn on my music. Yeah its not exactly peace and quiet, but at least people arent bothering me and i can zone into my own little world.

I take a hike in woods not far from myself and mediate. Some times I'll take a drive up to the mountians, I know of great waterfall site that is ideal for that....and private

walk 25 yards to pool in the the creek and feed the little minnows, at least til some moron walks up and asks "whatcha doin'? feedin' yer feesh?" GAH!

Normaly I have to take a vacation, and forget to bring my cel, LT, and blackberry. LOL!
