everything from urban fashion to cornrows. It seems like some whites built a empire on black culture. Why is this? Rap and Hip-hop no longer caters to black tastes, it caters to whites. the audience of rap and hip-hop music is 70% whites. These white people demand to hear about *****.es and ho.es nd sex and killing. 50 cent and other black rappers are owned by white companies to just WANT TO HAVE MONEY AND NOT PROMOTE ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT BLACK CULTURE. SAME WITH JAZZ AND R&B. cornrows don't even have to be done by blacks or OTHER minorities, you can buy a machine to cornrow your hair. Even dread perms are available! Same with the Dreamweavers with the NATIVE AMERICANS. Why do some of these whites CHEAPEN our cultural things and others minorities? Now,our culture just seems like a FAD instead of our HERITAGE. I HARDLY SEE A BLACK CAPITALIZING on ROCK music or abrecrombie. I don't even see a WHITE chef serving sushi. Why the double standard?

Check your history and you'll see this is not a new thing. They've been stealing from the beginning of their cultures across Europe and Northern Asia and claiming it as their own. Don't be surprised when people with a history of capitalizing off of others capitalize off of others.
They demonize things when blacks do it, but they take the same thing and mimic it. I think Paul Mooney said it best, "Everybody wants to be a *** ga, but nobody wants to be a *** ga."
