Why do they promise to help in 08 when they are threatening to remove funding now?

you're assuming (for some reason) that militia investment actual gets to the militia personell. you're assuming that government is working the way it is going to. Our administration lost $9 billion money that became a factor of the militia investment in Iraq. lost IT..... It only plumb dissappeared. This money isn't getting used top and is rather making billionaires out of political acquaintances doing shape artwork in Iraq. that's no longer what we (taxpayers) pay for..... in the event that they are able to lose $9 billion dollars then they needless to say do no longer want each and every of the money they're getting.... decrease it now in the previous we bypass broke.

Instead of cutting the funding ,the democrats should give our Military a pay rasie.

In case you forgot--that was a REPUBLICAN Congress that cut funding.

Just like they've been cutting vetrans' funding for the last 6 years.

They want to bring them HOME. The funding they are cutting is the funding that is being used to continue to kill innocent Iraqis, and to continue to keep our soldiers in the quagmire in Iraq.
I think it would be a GREAT "help" if they immediately cut all funds for everything BUT bringing them home, as Congress did to end Vietnam.

Yes, they have cut the military and have did lots of outsourcing, which to me doesn't save any money at all.
