so a pair of supplementary angtles include an obtuse and acute angle?

They don't always include an obtuse and acute angle. Basically a pair of supplementary angles is just two angles that equal 180 degrees. So you could have two 90 degree angles, or you could have something like 179 degrees and a 1 degree angle.

That is correct, but they could also be two right angles.
