Right click on a blank space on the desktop. when the dropdown menu comes up scroll to properties. Click the Screensaver tab. At the bottom will be power button. click on that. Go to the hybernate tab and check the box next to hybernate. I usually use sleep mode. it seems to boot faster than hybernate.
