Give examples of all the roles that a mother plays, a nurse, wife etc. a mother is a strong woman that always protects her kids & her home. Tell about your mother, what she has done for you, what she did when when you were a baby. How she help you grow up and values you learned from her. If you don't have a good relationship with your mother talk about the mother you always wanted to have.

You could base your essay on how the definition of mother has changed over the decades, like compare 1950's mother archatype to today's perception of mother. How in the 1950's mother's were consider housemakers and subserviant and now mothers are independent working women.
