Am I the only one who thinks that the McDonald's jingles are irritating? Particularly the one that they're on right now, this "ba da ba ba baaaa im lovin' it" junk.

I'm 48 years old, and the last McDonald's jingle I liked went "McDonald's is my kind of place". That had to be in the 1960s, and is the ONLY music written by Barry Manilow that I actually like!

I liked some of the older jingles much better. This new i'm lovin it one is awfully annoying, but there have been some pretty awful ones in the past. But, it is awfully catchy as well.

Yes absolutely i agree. Very irritating. Especially as my boyfriend's 4 year old has adopted it as his catchphrase!
It just goes to show how children can be brainwashes by peer pressure, he won't even eat the burgers but insists on going there .. just for a few chips!
Slowly weaning him off that though !!

I've always thought McD's does a really good job advertising. Any jingle heard enough gets annoying.

I actually kind of like it. It's catchy. My fav was the big mac song. I loved that as a kid. I think it went "two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.

I do not like. It seems like they were not creative at all. They have a lot of bad commercials. They try too hard to be current. Not working!
