to be specific,is there any way i can raise my observance and mind skills?

I find what helps me with observation is to sit in a public place and watch people. Maybe write down the things you see. I usually set a time limit, only took at them for 10 seconds, write down what I remember and then check myself. It can actually be kind of fun (just don't get caught or they will think you are a stalker!).
Another way to increase your analytical skills is by turning yourself off the "auto" button. Do you ever notice yourself watching a TV program that's not funny and yet you still laugh at all the right spots? Or read a book where the plot isn't even remotely plausible and still reading it anyway? Turn off the auto button and turn on analysis. Be a little impatient with things. Demand that your entertainment engage your brain. Make yourself look at things and go "Do I like this?" "Why do I react that way?" "Is this of interest?" I find just stimulating your brain out of lethargy goes a long way towards waking you up as a person.
Good luck.

If you want to improve your thinking or analytical skills than start do exercises that make intensive use of your brain. There are many websites out there and many games too. One i like is 'Brain Age' on Nintendo DS.
