It would be advisable to seek appropriate legal advice on each and every aspect of trial / disciplinary hearing to ensure that you are not being made a scape goat. Instead of thinking of those aspects which haven't happened to you, better concentrate on those which are happening to you now and how to tackle them.

Just have a faith on god and keep doing the work with belief. They will not go to court of law for this small amount, even if they go, u will be acquitted if u have not commited it. So wish u all the best, You may also look out for an option to work online to make extra cash in your spare time.

What will most likely happen if you have a disciplinary hearing is that you will get canned. Incidently, employers don't typically move on to the disciplinary stage unless they have evidence that you took the money. The bottom line is that you shouldn't have stolen it and you deserve to be fired.

You absolutely do not want information like that on your employment record if it can be avoided. Can you hire an attorney that specializes in employment law or someone to represent your interest?
