I have been with my fiancee for about 5 years. His 15 year old daughter lives with us. She has been acting out in school. She got suspended twice for cursing somebody out and suspended with charges pressed against her for fighting. She had to go to district court so she thought it was fake because it wasn't the main courthouse. She thinks everything is a joke. Her dad is fed up. Her mom don't care.

What can we do to help her realize that she going to end up kicked out of school or in juvenile detention?

You can both sit down and talk to her and be straight up with her. Another thing that might be good is making her go to counseling because obviously there is something wrong or she wouldn't be acting out.
