I invested money stupidly in a business that has failed i would like the person to return my money I have no contract and they say they have lost all the investment
do i have any legal grounds?

Regrettably not, unless you can prove that the money was illegally handled. It is always a risk to lend or invest in a business or product you don't have control in.
On this occasion, the last in your case, you took that risk without documentation and will pay the penalty unless, as I said, there is some illegality.

this is very dangerous because it will be hard to prove your case since there was no signed contract. Investing your money into something means that u understand the risks involved...this is one of them. You can try to take them to court but i doubt if u can get ur money back. Goodluck

i hate to sound condensending but you have invested in a business that failed and now want your money back?????? Investment is a gamble, and it did not pay off for you, who should refund you????
