I am 24 weeks pregnant. Lately my insides have really been hurting me. Doesn't matter how I sit, or lay, I just hurt inside. More than likely it's because the baby is growing and my insides are stretching... does anyone else have this feeling? I know my back is soooo sore too. Just wondering if this is normal.

Yes...it is the ligaments stretching in your belly. If you are worried though to the hosiptal. You would rather be safe than sorry. It is your baby. But I had that with both of my kids and boy did it hurt. I would say just lay down and relax, eat something and it should pass. Good Luck

You probably have what is called ROUND LIGAMENT PAIN. It usually happens with a first pregnancy and because the uterus is stretching. This is completely normal. I had it all the time with my first pregnancy. Now I'm having my second and I just have pain all over! LOL. I'm 29 weeks and that is completely normal.
