Ok... I'd suggest being rather computer and internet saavy before taking this route, but if you're really interested in getting TV show episodes (full seasons, single episodes, ect) then this is for you.
There are things called "Torrents" that allow you to download pretty much anything for free. You have to use a torrent tracker site, such as http://torrentspy.com/ and a torrent downloader program such as http://www.utorrent.com.
The torrent tracker site finds the torrent for you, and the torrent downloading program connects you to other people who have the torrent's information. This is usually completely safe and allows you to download anything...
Links in the source, follow the instructions and you can have any spongebob (or anything) episode....
