I have a study room with a large home/office desk. I also hear the 22" has an adjustable swivel. I bought a 19" home and it looked smaller then my 15" crt because of the height. the 20 and 22 have a large black piano style trim which makes it look even bigger.

I have a 22 inch widescreen Samsung monitor. The picture quality is very good with a decent 700:1 contrast ratio. Response time is good as well at 8 ms. It is height adjustable about 4 inches and wall mountable. Connects either DB-15 or DVI interface hookup. Highly recommend this monitor.

Most people want the largest screen size while occupying the least desktop space. If you want larrge, you could get a used 21 CRT monitor from tigerdirect.com for $80 (67 lbs) that would be so huge, you might not have room left for your keyboard. Narrow trim often works best when you use dual monitors and want to place them together..

A 19 inch LCD monitor has at least 60% more viewable area than a 15 CRT.
A 20 inch LCD monitor has at least 78% more viewable area than a 15 CRT.
A 22 inch LCD monitor has at least 115% more viewable area than a 15 CRT.
