At some point in life usually after high school young people feel lost because all their school friends seem to go in all different directions. It is good to be able to entertain yourself with books, music, crafts and other forms of individual entertainment. Many young people do not know how to do this and are at a lost with what to do when on their own. You have to find something you enjoy and try it on your own. It is a big part of growing up, being self sufficient. Best of luck to you.

Life is full of people entering and leaving your life. It is perfectly okay to feel sad over the loss of a friendship. But also try and realize that this is an opportunity to make new friends and broaden your horizons. There are plenty of interesting people in the world. Try to learn from as many of them as you can.

I dont know how old you are, but the older I get (34) the more I have learned good friends are few and far between. If you have family members you use to be close to get back in touch with them, my sisters and my aunt are my best friends, and even if you are lonely dont trust to soon, that way you wont be hurt by people who are users.

before asking a friend out or anything, plan something that you can do on your own if the answer is no. make sure it is something you really like to do. just have a good alternative, like swimming in a subtropcial swim paradise or go to the market and get delicious food or what ever you like to do.
You might meet new friends who áre there for you...

You do dream, you only are not remembering them. each and each nighttime the physique is going by way of some cycles of REM (speedy eye stream) sleep it somewhat is the dreaming state. i stumble on as you grow old you remember your goals much less. i've got long undergone long classes of no longer remembering my goals the two and had a similar theory. yet bodily, your techniques does dream whilst slumbering whether you do no longer remember. A trick you need to attempt is having somebody wake you up interior the path of the nighttime and that i wager you may remember a number of what you have been only dreaming.

Some people just naturally react with anxiety and depression to any level of abandonment. It is good to admit it to yourself and seek professional help for it. You don't have to feel helpless and overwhelmed. Please ask a counselor for some advice. We all have to do it sooner or later, so get a head start on your problem. Best of luck to you!!

what do you mean "going away or going with other people"? i think if they're always leaving you, and don't wanna hang out with you, you should probably try to meet new people. i no it's easier said than done b/c i've been there too, but if you aren't getting any benifit out of your friendships with them, it's time to move on. hope it helped
