Is it possible that you are careless with the clothes your parents do buy for you? If you show them that you appreciate what you have by hanging them up, putting them in the wash basket and being careful not to tear or misuse them, then you will be in a much stronger bargaining position. If you really want clothes you may have to do without CDs, DVDs and some of the other things you may take for granted from your parents.

It is quite simple take 6 shirts try to wear only them for one week then switch take a diffrent shirt and switch it with one of the 6 you already had and keep switching them pants dont really matter because no one really looks at your pants

Go ask for some as birthday, christmas, easter, and other holidays presents!!! Ask churches for clothes too.. .ask for friends if they can't fit them or they don't want them....

tough. well, depends on the situation of the cloting. do you have pocket money? becuase if you do, you can use it to buy new clothing. also, try asking your other relatives

pretend you are going on holiday and your suitcase got stolen, come home and tell your folks all your clothes were pinched. See if that works...... it might work you never know.
