there is a gravitational force between them because all objects exert a gravitational force on each other, However it is a very small force.

the attraction is based on the following equation

F=(m1*m2)*G/d^2

where m1 is the mass of 1 body, M2 is the mass of the second body (both in Kg's), G is the gravitational constant and d is the distance in metres between them.

g=6.67*10^11 m^3 kg^-1 s^-2
