White would appear Red under red, Green under green and Blue under blue

I think it might well be Red cloth as it only reflects red colour.

There might be enough long wavelength (red) light in the green and blue light. Red-free light is a light greenish blue, nearly cyan colour. Under red-free light, red looks Black.

Other colours reflect the wavelengths of the colours they are ... blue reflects shorter wavelengths and will appear blue.

this is white. a bite of crimson textile, we call it 'crimson' using fact it absorbs blue and green easy and reflects purely crimson easy. So below a white easy it would seem crimson using fact this is purely reflecting crimson easy. below a blue or green easy it would seem black! A white textile reflects all colorations, so this is going to mirror any shade you shine on it, and appear as if that shade.
