i want to get as healthy as i can, i need to know what are the bes vitamins to take so that i have a better chance of getting pregnant and having a healthy baby.

Just get a prenatal vitamin with at least 600 mg (I believe that's the unit) of folic acid.

That's the best thing you can do.

Also, get the "What to Expect when you're Expecting" book--it will also help you prepare with diet, weightloss (or gain), and other such things like enviroment changes.

ive never heard of anybody taking vitamins to get pregnant before....most folk i know get knocked up after a long night of drinkin at Wigbys in town. they have a few white wine spritzers too many, take the back road home and knock one out. so maybe you should just find a bar and a man who has a lot of kids in town cause thats the man the good lord blessed with the gift of fertility.

Take any regular multi-vitamin, but don't take too many of them. Fetuses can be affected by the wrong combination of a lot of things, before a pregnancy test even detects them.

Hmm folic acid i think, it would be good if you asked your pharmacist or doctor. or maybe even look it up on the internet. xxx
