Honey, just block him from your e-mail program. If you are not sure how to do this go to your e-mail Help files. It is really easy to block senders of unwanted e-mail and it doesn't matter if he has your first and last names (why did you put your real first and last name as your e-mail address in the first place? Let this teach you some privacy techniques and then it is not a bad thing at all. When we learn from our mistakes, then mistakes are good, not bad, so don't feel horried about this OK?), just having your name will not harm you. Many people have the same names so there isn't anything huge you need to worry about. Until you block this joker, just delete his e-mails unopened. He will soon get the message you want nothing to do with him and move on to other prey. People like him are just wanting an reaction and if you give it to him then you are playing right into his hands. As soon as you ignore him he will just move on to somebody else.

Good luck and have a great day!

The only recourse you have is to report it to the FTC. Once your email address gets on spammers lists your only choice it to open a new email account and let that one get closed.

Fighting Back

Con artists are clever and cunning, constantly hatching new variations on age-old scams. Still, skeptical consumers can spot questionable or unsavory promotions in email offers. Should you receive an email that you think may be fraudulent, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov, hit delete, and smile. You'll be doing your part to help put a scam artist out of work.

I dont know who ever you are but, if you ever get stuck in a situation like this, dont take it easy. Tell your parents first. Then, they will tell you what to do.
