Yes, I know a lot of you initially want to say "What ever you like to do" or "What you enjoy." I don’t want to hear any of this. Essentially I am searching for a job title or field that utilizes the skills I have which are excellent writing, communication, people and leadership skills. I have taken those Online Career Assessment tests but they have turned up to be not much help. Anyhow, any ideas?

I think you would be a good canidate for a Temp Job...
That way you can work different jobs to find what you like. You will be able to get all kinds of experience and learn new things while searching for THE RIGHT JOB for you....

With a Temp Job you could end up at the front desk of a really big law firm.. You never know.
If you go in there with the willingness to learn and impress, the companies will request you and tell others about you.

Some sort of secretary is what you may excel in. Which could lead to office manager.

Good Luck
