Yes, some do. If it's not too much at once, it's not too bad. Most do it to clean themselves out for anal sex, but it can be like putting on a condom, part of the foreplay. It's a little sado-masochistic, I guess, but not as bad as other things people do to themselves and each other.

Yes and also sexual pleasure.
