Yes first you get a liquor license,then you contact the Better Business Bureau and get registered , contact an Insurance agency, find out how much it will cost to insure yourself, customers and the building and all of your employees and equipment. After you find out how much ever thing is going to cost . Get a budget analysis sheet of all of your start-up expenses. Contact the Commerce Department and apply for a small business grant. If you are a minority you can get a start-up financing from the SBA Small Business Administration, if you are a Veteran then the VA Veterans Administration. Pick up a copy of Entrepreneur Magazines for investors if you don't want to go it alone. Get a DUN number from the Dun & Bradstreet web site, you will need it in order to do business with the US Government . Register yourself with DUN.Contact a SCORE mentor at score.org. Oh yeah get( LLC.'ed) Limited liability insured incorporated rating as a sole owner
