I think they should wait and give him one more season. Owens suffered through last season with a broken hand (it was actually WORSE than reported), and he was still able to lead the NFL in TD receptions.

Let him play one more season, see how he does with a non-broken hand, and then make a decision.

Okay, so even people who don't follow football will have an opinion on this...but as a Dallas fan, I think the only place that can accomodate him is Big D.

Jerry Jones knew what he was getting, and to be honest, he got it all last year...drama, headlines, locker room gossip...oh yeah, and the most productive receiver in the NFL, injured or not.

Even with the dropped passes (18 wasn't it?), he still led the league and was a threat every down. Look, if they only keep him on one side to let Glenn and Witten operate on the other side, he's doing his job.

Never liked him before, but really hadn't paid much notice. Gotta say, when he's in helmet and pads, I'm now a TO fan.

I believe that Dallas should drop Terrell Owens, due to the simple fact that no matter where he is, he cannot seem to get along with the Head Coach. If he can't get along with Bill Parcells, and Tony Romo, he can't get along with anyone. Period. End of Story. Sure he may be a big help (sometimes) and sure he is one heck of a wide reciever, but his skills are often overshadowed by his attitude and problems off the field.

P.S. Having a hand injury is no excuse to drop all those passes. Either get a grip or get out.

I would LOVE to see that happen but Owens is too much of a difference maker to just get rid of. Romo needs a top target to throw to - Owens is that target. Having Glenn as a #2 WR only makes it easier for Romo.

Short answer is YES! While he's very talented, football is a team sport & if you aren't willing to work with your teammates you don't do anyone any good. And, as a wide receiver your best friend should be the quarterback because if he doesn't like you & chooses not to throw the ball to you, you can wave good-bye to your bonuses. He would be great if he would just shut up & play. Be humble like Marvin Harrison, for goodness sake's - you are payed to play a game!

get rid of him?!!! never, not until his "extension" contract is up!! why would they? he gets along great with the quarterback, there is no prejudice between him and Glenn; whoever is open gets the ball!!! he is getting his second surgery to fix his finger(my theory for him dropping so many passes) and after his 3 million bonus; we are ready to go!!! he may be SOME of the negative they say about him, but anyone answer me this; who lead the NFL is touchdowns???????????????????? case closed!!!

When he stops leading the league in TD receptions, then I might say yes, but until then, let the man get you points on the board.
