It's a ripoff of Star Wars and Lord of the Rings.

I LOVE Eragon.......and so does my 9 year old daughter. I'm 40 BTW.......so not just 14 year olds love it. I'm also waiting for the third. It's a very good work, especially considering the author was a teen when he wrote it. I don't think it's a knockoff of anything.

I think it's fab, sure you can say its a rip off of this, or a rip off of that. But chances are the book's it's ripping off have already ripped off someone else!!!!!
I am just eagerly awaiting the arrival of the third. I really wish it would bloody well hurry up, the suspense is killing me!

my brother loves that book i saw the movie with him and he says that it was to fast and its not with book at all!!!
but it sounds like a great book!!!
