i have thought of joan, jean, jo, jade, jess, jen... what are your thoughts?

I dont care for Jo as a middle name - it makes me think of a rough, masculant girl (Although I love the name Joey for a 1st name for a girl). I think Jade, which is my sister's 1st name, sounds beautiful as a middle name. I may use a different version of Jade, Sage, as a middle name

My grandma and all of her sisters have J names, most of them are one syllable.. let's see, there's Jean, Joan, June, Jenn, and Joy (Judy and Janice, but I guess we can call them Jude and Jan :)) I really like Jane... there's Jewel, Jem, Jill... I think that pretty much covers it, unless I start making them up...
Here's a site that you can look at... if you do an advanced search, you can choose whatever you want... like just now I searched for Girls Names that start with J that only have one syllable..

Jade is really good I like Jo to. but you have to see which name will fit with the first name.

It would have really helped, if you'd given what the first name would be, as that really can make all the difference. But one sylla names that I like are: JO, JADE, JAY, JESS, JENN, JAYNE, JUNE, JULE, JANN, JAZZ, JOY, JILL. Good luck!

Jade is my favorite, next would be Jo
Jess and Jen are short for Jessica and Jennifer, so it sounds almost like it wouldn't be right.

My sisters name is Shelby Jay. I think Jay is cute. :)
Also June, Jan, Joy, Jill, Jane, Jase.
I also know a little girl with the middle name James and I love it. It is a family name.
