i have this brownish amoast like tooth paste looking thing comeing out of my vaginabut it is not blood becaue it washes right off , i havent had my period can it be my period??????? but if its not what can it be?

How old are you? Have you never had a period before? If its the first time ever having one, this might be the start of it. Every girl has a different kind of period, and some girls just start differently too. Some start right away, others might take a few days of "brown stuff" before it really starts.
If you have having some cramps, that may be associated with it. If there is a bad odor or you are having fever, severe pain, etc. then you need to see a doctor...it may be some type of infection. I'm not an expert, but that's my advice.
