Yes. I'm tired of the same old stuff. It would be different if there was anything new, such as: Is Anna Nicole going to get any of J. Howard Marshall's money? What was the actual cause of her death? Who's the father of Dannielynn? Will Howard get the baby, or will Larry, or will Vergie, or someone else?

I did not even know who she was until she died. Then they just went on and on until I got interested in knowing who she is. They released a special Playboy issue about her from what I understand after her death to play on this which I think is just sad. I doubt if any of the proceeds are going to Dannielyn.
But my concern now about the outcome is because she has been made such a big issue and some of the issues are really important even for people who are not rich nor famous. The health and welfare of any child is important. It should not be decided upon simply because someone can manipulate laws to their advantage because they differ from country to country and are open for interpretation. We have here a child whose paternity is not known who may be kept simply because of the money the child has left whose mother died young from a hard life that she chose who may inherit many of those problems genetically without proper intervention and care. This child may end up being robbed completely of the money her mother earned in her life time if the court systems do not ensure that it is placed into acccounts specifically designed to protect her inheritance and provide for her future. There are too many instances of child stars having their fortunes taken from them such that when they were older they had nothing to fall back on such that laws were created but not very successfully to try to protect such children from being taken advantage of. What if one of those men get custody of Dannielyn and is not her true father much less cares nothing about her only the fortune she inherits. She could end up at the bottom of the sea. I would hate this to happen to any of us or anyone else in the future because how this case was handled has set legal precedence for all of us.

I'M SUPER SICK OF HEARING ABOUT HER OR SEEING HER PICTURES ON THE TV. She died, so what? It's not the end of the world! Millions die every day and are they acknowledged - No! Neither should she be acknowledged - I don't care if she's "celebritiy" - what did she do to become famous? Anything beneficial - NO! She was just a ... well, she's dead - and I'm not going to speak bad about a dead person...
People who need to be acknowledged are like mothers or teachers who made a difference in someone else's life ... who truely deserve it! ...
If I hear another thing about her again - I'm going to break my TV! lol!

It's just sad that the family is acting like they are about her death. But that's what money does to you. They know that she has money and lots and lots of it at least 450 million and everyone is trying to get some.
But like you said they should give it a rest. I'm sure that Anna is rolling over in her grave about all of this drama going on.

It is basically over it ended when she was buried..but NO! I never got sick of it I actually found it entertaining like a TV series. I have never felt bad for Anna because of the publicity for that's the way she lived and she was loving every minute of this fight. I am sorry she could not defend herself at times but........ I never paid any attention to her when she was alive ..like most people..

good rant---i consider you approximately anna nicole to 3 extent. kurt cobain, marilyn monroe and elvis presley no longer plenty........having textile possesions isn't having each thing-there nonetheless could be psychological ailment (contained in relation to kurt), lonliness (contained in relation to marilyn), being in an abusive or controlling dating (back marilyn and her action picture studio) and private and expert failure (elvis presley). take a seem at marvin gaye who replaced into murdered by way of his very own father after a protracted conflict with parinoia and drug dependancy--even while he replaced into on acceptable of the music charts the money he replaced into making replaced into little to none and he replaced into nonetheless stricken by psychological ailment and drug addictions (that's a real ailment). even regardless of the indisputable fact that i too am ill of listening to approximately Anna Nicole Smith and that i do have faith the clicking is glorifiying her undesirable death it remains a tragic experience. The lifeless does deserve some admire. do a touch study into some standard celebrities who suffered tragic deaths and learn the justifications why (Marvin Gaye, Dorthy Stratten, Sid Vicious, Johnny Thunders, Kurt Cobain, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley etc.) and you merely could learn some thing

I know what you mean. I am sick of hearing about her too. Its bad she died, but maybe she shouldnt have been taking all those drugs. You get what you pay for. The saddest thing is that poor little baby. All the guys fighting for her just so they can have money.
Its sad when the news shows people like her and britney spears, angeline jolie, lindsey lohan and all that when there is so many more important things to talk about. I dont care about these celebrities and what they do to themselves. I care about the real important stuff, that impacts us.

Well, I liked her and watched her show. Though I wasn't like her biggest fan it did kind of hurt to hear about all her problems and her loosing a child then gaining one then dieing and all this drama with people fighting for her and her money and child. Wow! But at least we're not hearing about paris hilton that much. Or britney spears, or angelina and her baby fetish. But yes kinda. Just let it go.

Ya i agree I'm tired of hearing about it also. Its sad when we here more about her on the news then we do about the important things going on in the world. It has all been blown way out of proportion and its been given way to much air time.

Yes! At first, I heard it on tv and now it's all over the place! And there are two men fighting for her body and claiming to be the father of her child. Who cares who the father is?! It's not like she's coming back to life to start a family with her child's father.
