How can I create a background for my site and than convert it to HTML?

I would like to know how to create a background and then make it into a HTML code. Thanks

Backgrounds in html are just image files so make your background and depending on number of colors etc save it as .gif .png .jpg..

Then in your html

that is all there is too it. (of course you have to upload your background to the server etc)

First you will need to save it then next, you will go to http://www.tinypic.com & upload it. After uploading it, you just copy the HTML code from there & do whatever you need to do with it =]
