I doubt there are many 14 year olds that aren't worried about their size. If he's 4 inches flaccid, he's actually big, even for an adult. If you are talking about erect length, he's still probably pretty average for his age. If he entered puberty early, he may be a little smaller than average. If he entered late, he may end up bigger than average. And self-reported surveys aside, the average is probably closer to 5 inches erect than 7 inches.

the average size for a full grown man is varies from 4-6 inches when flaccid so really your son has nothing to worry about. He still has about 4-6 years of growing to do. Even if it stays on the smaller side of average most small penises grow more when erect than large penises do

At 14 he shouldn't worry about it.

It's an age where some guys are already at their adult size, while others are just starting puberty, so just because other's have mentioned that they're bigger and younger, doesn't mean he'll remain small.

Tell him to not worry about it. What he has already will work fine, plus he is almost guaranteed to grow more. =)

I think it's time for the talk. Tell him he doesn't need to worry about it until at least college, and later on, tell him size doesn't matter... lol that's kinda cute lol

if it is not erect it is huge but if it is erect it is fine he is just late in puberty and usually people who start puberty later will be bigger in their pants so tell him it is a good thing
