Sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) or constipation. I suffer with it too. My symptoms are pain in lower abdomen so bad that sometime it brings me to tears, bloating, difficulty going to the toilet, sometime a week would pass and i still cannot go, painful sex, headache fatigue and generally not feeling well within myself.
Whenever I get constipated like that i take lactulose solution which you can buy over the counter at the chemist. After two or three days I start to feel myself again.
I find that if i monitor what I eat, drink lots of water and eat fibre full foods then i can avoid the pain of IBS.
Hope you feel better soon cos I know it's not nice.

Are you certain pains are originating from that area or is it bowel or other organ related? I would definately consult a dr. since this is also concerning you. It could be anything from a viral or bacterial infection to other more serious issues regarding your ovaries or such. Do not hesitate to be examined. Your health is everything. Much luck to you!

Your spleen channel is unbalanced. Seek out an acupuncturist who will diagnose and bring you back into balance. An unbalanced spleen will lead to all kinds of PMS symptoms and fatigue and perhaps the sore throat.

Sounds like you have Candida Albicans which is a yeast problem.......Try cutting out all food containing yeast and just eating fish, rice and vegetables and only drinking water......go to a herbal shop and get asidopholus capsules which contain freindly bacteria and eat live yogurt.....should do the trick....

Don't know, but that's pretty much how I'm feeling at the moment!
I have an underactive thyroid, have you had that checked before?
Other symptoms include dry skin and bad hair.
