i would choose 4 because the pay will always be important. if you don't get along with the boss the job is miserable. if the people you work with drive you up a wall, you will always dread going to work. and if you have a long drive or just bad. it's not that awful going to work because you know you have a good reason. its better to have 8 hrs of pleasant day then 8 hrs of hell. the drive is would only be a tenth of that day. #4 for me.

#4 - Pay 10/ Boss10/ Commute 0/ Coworkers 10
If the worst thing about the job is the commute - I am there. 11 years ago - my commute was 1 hour and 20 minutes for a job I 'hated' so this would be easy!!!

I would go with number 4, as long as the commute isn't that horrible, like maybe a train or other public transportation. If the commute really is a huge issue for you, seeing as how you marked it a 0, then i would go for 1. If a bad boss is all you have to complain about, then join the club.

I'd take #5. Commute doesn't bother me. I'm used to that. I've had awful bosses and coworkers before too. I know how to do my job and leave and if the compensation is good, I can handle it.
