There is no knowing for sure. There are signs like if he does extra things to get your attention or he can't look away from you or he gives you a lot of compliments and such.. but the only way to know if he likes you is to ask him out.

if he asks u questions..and is concerned about you. if u invite him out and he hangs out with u...are a few signs he's interested.

if he doesn't show that..it could mean..he's either shy...or is too busy to hang out with anyone at the moment...

or it could mean..he's not worth your time.
