Yeah you are being extremely bold and I don't think personally that they have a chance. But it's cool, I don't think there's anything wrong with picking the underdog to win. You never know it could happen. That's what's great about the tournament, anything could happen.

If you mean to win the WHOLE tournament yes you are they have statistically a 0% chance or the same odds of winning powerball for them to win the WHOLE thing. If you mean round 1 and beat Notre Dame I would say they shouldnt be underdogs against Notre Dame in Fact. They went 14-0 in Conference and Notre Dame was bad on the road. I would personally make an arguement for Winthrop to go to the Sweet 16, as I think they can beat the oregon/ miami oh winner but asking them to move past that though it COULD happen it is unrealistic and you wont win anything really from your bracket...........that being said Im with you ......GO Eagles!

Haha, I like the answers. Watched Winthrop play many times this year and have known Coach Marshall since his College of Charleston days. With that said.... umm, yea, toooo bold my friend. The bad thing is, N.D. wont overlook them . Everybody knows them now. I say 70% chance of 1 win. 30% of 2 wins.

Winthrop is very good. They can't win the championship, but they are very good. I think they will win the first round game against ND but past that I'm not so sure. They deserved a lot better than an 11 seed for sure.

yes, but i did also in one of my like 15 brackets (I am a little oppssed i will admit). winthrop has a good chance if they beat Oregon in the second round. Wiscions is going no where, and Flordia can be beat.
though if davidson beats maryland, butler, and flordia that would make an amazing elite 8 game.
Davidson vs. Winthrop
not likely but that would be amazing. i live in NC so i would like two NC teams do well (besides duke though lol)

yeah... although winthrop has had an incredible season they will probably meet the oregon ducks and that will be too much for them. congratulations to winthrop for making the field but oregon will win the whole thing therefore will be too much for winthrop.

Thats not bold if you are in Vegas dude, Because if they win Multiply what you bet by what the odds are, and then talk SH_T. Its a crazy strategy but a lot of people with money to spend do that,
