I am 35.5wks pregnant - and i'm sick it. Every part of my body hurts, i no longer sleep due to discomfit which makes me so tired i could drop, i'm still working full time so i'm like a zombie alot, baby is engaged which is causing alot of pressure on my pelvic bone, i have to use the toilet atleast every ten minutes and i just want it to be over!

I love my baby of course and want baby to come when baby is ready... and yet on the other hand i want baby to be ready really really soon! lol.

Is anyone else wishing away the days until there child is born?

Should i really be admitting that i'm sick of it? Does it sound horrible to hear that?

Bless your heart, I know just how you feel. I'm only in my 29th week and I'm already wanting it to be over! I think it's God's way of making you ready for childbirth and the major life change thereafter. If you weren't really miserable -- if you weren't in a spot where you would honestly suffer ANYTHING just to get it overwith, then you might not have the determination and faith to get through the "big event."

I could say all the stuff like, "Hang in there," "It'll all be worth it," etc. etc., but how 'bout I just say you've earned EVERY right to complain, and I'll suffer with you!!

I think that every woman in the last 10 weeks tends to feel like this, I've had 4 and felt just the same as you each time, only on the last one where I had a very difficult pregnancy, I was fed up with being in constant pain etc....from 20 weeks and told a few people that I didnt think I would make it to 30 weeks....I got to 31 wks and had my daughter 9 weeks early, small but perfectly healthy, so I managed to cheat the last 10 miserable weeks of pregnancy ...lol, although I would rather have made it to full term. But no, you're definately not alone with feeling the way you do and you're certainly not horrible for thinking it. Its bizarre that we women love the early days of pregnancy, then it wears on as weeks tick by until we've had enough of pregnancy before the due date....lol....But try and relax as much as possible, the day will arrive..not long to go now either, hope you go on alright...all the best x

I cross each day off the calendar at midnight - sounds sad, eh? Well, it's not like I can sleep anyway!

I'm 32 weeks and baby has been engaged for about a month now, unusual, but true! I keep getting pressure and shooting pains in my pelvis - I have to pee every 10 mins too! I know how you feel, and I've still got a good while of it left!

I don't want her to be early, I hope she goes full term, but oh Lord do I wish the days would pass a bit faster!!

I'm also sooooo tired, and I have nausea, I can't eat a full meal and baby plays the guitar on my ribs with her little feet (awwww, charming, but OW!)

Roll on 30 April!!!

:-)

I totally understand! I am 34 weeks and I just want him out right now! Partly because I am so ready for him to be here, but partly because I am so tired of all this! I'm also still working full time, and I just feel like giving up. I'm so tired and I can't concentrate... I've made some really goofy mistakes lately just because my mind is so scattered. Luckily I have a very understanding boss! Everything just hurts! I'm NEVER in a comfortable position. Sleeping is impossible. You are not wrong for feeling this way... if you are, then I guess I am too!

I Know that feeling. No it doesnt sound horrible that your saying this, i know alot of women that feel or have felt the same way. I am not pregnant at the moment but i have had 3 childern and my youngest is only 3mths old. Carrying a baby for aslong as we do takes a toll on our bodies. Just try to rest as much as possible, your going to need all the energy you can get for the birth of the baby. Not long to go now, maybe he or she might decide to come early but not early i hope, another 2 weeks and then try and talk he/she out lol..

Good Luck!

Not at all babes...when I was pregnant with my now-4 year old, in the last month I begged my Dr to tell me all the little secrets to helping things along. She kept telling me he will come when it was time. So week after week, I go to the Dr, I wasn't dilated a stitch...so I got totally depressed and sat in the house all the time expect to go to church, work, and the store. Around 38 weeks, my mom dragged me out to go shopping, which was absolute torture because I could feel my son's head rolling around in my cervix! Even in December with a big ol coat on, nobody could miss this beached whale...LOL. The Friday before my son was born, the Dr checked me and said "whoo hoo...you're half of a cm dilated"..I went home and bawled my eyes out. The following Sunday, I got up at 5 AM and on the way to the bathroom, my water broke...the rest is history. My darling baby boy was born at almost 10 PM that night...long a** labor, but 3 DAYS EARLY!

Hang in there!!! Pregnancy is definitely a trial of patience!

I am 37 wks and I am sick of it as well. My pelvic bone has been killing me as well and the baby hasnt dropped yet. His head keeps going into my rib. I cant sleep either, I wake up atleast 2-3 times in one hour to pee. I am always hungry and very thirsty. If I sit to long it hurts and if I stand to long it hurts it sucks. So no you dont sound horrible.

I feel the same way. I keep thinking that I can't wait to be pregnant so I can get some sleep - lol yeah right!

I don't think there's anything wrong with it - it's not like you hate the baby for it!

I hope everything goes well and your baby comes soon.
