There's a new product called Secret Clinical Strength.

Product information: http://www.secret.com/ClinicalStrength.do

Special promotion from manufacturer:

Also, some people go to a doctor for botox injections under their arms to stop the sweat glands for a while.

I just asked a similar question earlier and a gal wrote:

Antiperspirants that contain aluminum chloride are acidic and may interact with some fabrics. If you want to avoid underarm stains, take a bar of Fels-Naptha Soap and work it into the underarms of your garments BEFORE you launder them for the first time. Work up a good lather, let it sit a couple of minutes and then launder as usual.

If you already have deodorant stains you can use an enzyme soaking product, like Biz All Fabric Bleach, or even make a paste of Borax and water. Work into the underarm area, soak in a solution of 2/3 cup Biz or Borax along with your detergent for a few hours and then launder as usual. If you find the area already has become stiff from an overload of deodorant deposits, also hit it with some Zout stain remover to break down the deposits.

A final hint, never iron over a deodorant stain, it sets it forever.

That yellowish color stain comes from a reaction of your deoderant and sweat staining your shirt. Sweat by itself, even smelly sweat, is clear.

So, you can not use deoderant! LOL j/j.

You can try to spray Shout or Spray Wash laundry spot remover on your shirt's armpit area when you take your shirts off, this might help. I've heard you can use baking soda and vinegar paste but that's a mess, I'm sure. They also sell little cotton pads you can stick into the armpit of your shirts, you'll have to search online for that....

I've personally stopped buying white shirts, I use my old stained ones to exercise in cause they're gonna be gross anyway.

try sure for men, I use sure for women and buy a sort of unisex smelling one that my husband uses as well (the big puff...lol) but he used to suffer bad with bo etc...., but not when I switched his deodorant. Also, use roll-ons as sprays aren't really up to the job
