its definitely less than 0.01%, because millions use it, and hardly anyone gets caught.

Tell you what, even if you were to get caught, you would be surprised at the odds this post would be used against you in court.......When they come for you, they look for online proof like people posting about illegal activity, this just helps make their job so much easier.......Limewire isnt illegal to use, only downloading copyrighted material.......How well is the housing at your local prison? This is the question you should ask yourself when weighing the risk for free music or movies.
Update: for those who think only schools are turning people in, there are articles about ISP's turning people in for downloading illegal stuff, COX cable in particular......

I dont think there is but 1%. i used it for 4 years.anyways stop using limewire and use Bittorrent-no spyware, free, more dependable.

info about limewire: can put virus in your computer. when you download limewire it will automatically disable your firewall and hackers can get to your computer.
based on experience. solved by a computer technician.

It is right there for everyone to see. I don't think it is that illegal
but I removed it from both computers because it causes too many pains in the butt.

i'm not sure what the percentage is, but i do no the odds are greater if you download in school (in college or high school.) I'm using it and I haven't gotten caught....yet.

most likely 29 out of 100 get cuaght and that's only if you do something that is bound to get you cuaght, I v'e been using it for a while and nothing.......yet
