I think it's time you see a professional to get the help you need.
Seeing a psychologist may actually help you. You'll develop de-stressing techniques and may be finally able to completely grieve your loss.
But as you have proven, it's hard to go it alone. See a professional and get the help you need.

You can talk to someone at a local clinic. There's also tons of internet sites that allow you to talk to people online or many toll-free numbers.
But I really think the best thing to do is to go to your doctor and along with your doctor's help, get a therapist and together you can all work out a treatment routine best for you. You can have a family member or friend go with you to your first appointment.
You might be given medication and its important to take it as directed.
Join in activities to keep your mind off it.
and most important, let your friends and family help. They will want to.

Maybe you just to get pregnant again cause I think that when you were pregnant you were so excited but sadly/unfortunately you had the miscarriage so that is what really made you feel so depressed so just try it again and you'll feel so much better cause the baby you will have will get double the love.
Trust me you will be so happy. Good luck!!! :-)

your probably not understanding the steps of grief and loss. Once you feel you are normal it is easier to cope. I don't have them in front of me but there is shock., denial, anger, blame, exceptance. It can take years to process all of these steps. you may want to seek counciling. ask a councilor to go over the steps of grieving and loss. See how far you have gotten. think I was 7 years with the death of my son.

Go to your doctor and have a full check up. If there is nothing physically wrong(hormone imbalance, for example), you might want to seek out some counseling. Your Dr. should be able to direct.

There's not much you can do... It is just going to take time. Get out, have a good time. Keep your mind off of it. I had one during the summer, and kinda just had to let it go. It takes everyone different amounts of time... It'll all be okay, eventually.

Go to a counselor or psychologist. It is very normal to feel the way you do. You need to get help soon because you don't have to feel the way you do.
