I was opening a tin of sardine the other day and some of the oil splashed on my T-Shirt... I thought no worries.. I'll just throw it in the wash.. that never helped because the stain is still there and I love this t-shirt :(

T-Shirt is less than a week old. Wore it once on the day of the oil incident and cost more than the average t-shirt.

Get some Spray and Wash. Get the dual one. That one has some good stuff to get it out. Also, try Shout, or just go to Wal-Mart or something and look there.

That depends on two things, how long you let the shirt sit before washing it, and if after you washed it you dried it in the dryer. When you get oil on your clothes it is important to try to wash the item while the oil is still wet, take a little bit of warm water and put a little of your laundry soap on it and then rub it in on the spot gently in circular motions with a old tooth brush then wash in warm water if it is a dark shirt and hot if it is white or Grey. Once you put anything in a dryer that the stain didn't come out of you set the stain and you can not get rid of it.

have you tried baking powder, wet your T-Shirt in cold water , add a tablespoon of baking powder to a little warm water & pour onto the stain leave like this for 10 min´s then rinse in cold water it should come out .If you remember for next time best treat the stain before you wash it ,also when using hot water on stains you only the seal the stain further in by adding hot water . Hope this helps you

If it's just a olive oil stain it won't last long 1 or 2 washes and it will be invisible. You may spray it with a prewash and pour a little dishwashing liquid directly on it before you put in washing machine.

Dishsoap--Dawn works best for me.
Put some on the stain, lightly rub it in and wash.

Should do the trick.
