Hi, i have a toshiba power cord that i just purchased a couple months ago. All of a sudden it wont work to charge my laptop. There is no damage to it at all. I looked up the warranty and it said One Year. I was wondering how i go about returning it and getting a new power cord, like what number i should call nad such. thank you.

ring them, they give you adress and you send it to them, they send it back fixed or new. Or try a friends powercord to see if it is the power cord.

My first guess would be to call the place I bought it to see if they honor the 1-year warranty.

Otherwise.... http://www.toshiba.com/tai/support/support_cons.jsp

It may not be your cord, as for who\where to call... I suggest you contact whomever you bought it from
