Your baby is placing additional pressure on your bladder and bowel, which is why this occurs. The relaxation of your joints and ligaments may cause your pubic bones and back to ache. This also causes sharp twinges as your baby presses down on your pelvic floor. In addition your legs and feet might swell, as the compression of blood vessels happens. Lying on your left side, might help. This increases blood flow.
Sounds like your baby is dropping lower. Might not be engaged but it still can be unconfortable. Some women have smaller inner pelvics and it causes a little more discomfort.

Sounds like your baby is dropping. The baby is causing pressure on the pelvice bone and make the last few weeks very uncomfortable. Congrats though!!!

it sounds like your baby might be dropping down after all and thats why your getting pelvic pain i had lots of pressure when i was preg that was last year i was so fed up aching all over your baby will be ready soon best wishes

I don't know y but i do know something that might help you to get your baby to drop! Try taking a flash light at night with the lights off, place the flash light at the bottom of your belly, obviously with the light on! and it might help your little one to drop. my mother had to do that with my younger sister! it works! try it...what do you have to lose?! good luck i hope this helps!

talk to your dr. sometimes the baby drops weeks before due, but sometimes baby drops days before due. it just depends.
