Frontline spray will do the job or any other flea killer.. to be honest the eggs survive in nooks and crannies so it is tricky.. u don't say how big your yard is so it is difficult to advise. Regular hoovering/vacuming will also help .. give it regular treatments over a couple of weeks and you should be clear. I'd check with a vet I expect they sell a suitable product.. good luck

Non chemical way- Beneficial nematodes. They eat flea eggs. If you are having a severe infestation this will not give you immediate relief. You will need to use some insecticide. Understand NO insecticide kills flea larva it will only kill adult fleas. You can spray with diazinon concentrate with a hose sprayer from nursery (it is cheaper at the nursery same stuff) or pet store. This will kill the adults at the time of spraying. New larva will develop into adults and you will need to spray again, you may have to spray 1 a week for a few weeks. If you have pets you MUST treat your pets, the best products for you dog or cat are Frontline ProSpot and Advantage.
To get a handle on your flea problem you need to understand the life cycle of the flea. Females need a blood meal after hatching to lay eggs so if you interrupt them at this point you will prevent 100,000 of new fleas, that is why you need to treat your pet. This is what products like Fronline do they break the fleas life cycle, they bite your dog and die, NO EGGS.

Don't panic, it's not an easy thing to deal with but you can do it! Like someone suggested, you can get a pro but it really is not necessary! Go to your nearest garden center and they can fix you up with a yard spray that you can use with your garden hose and they are very effective! You will need to treat your yard about twice a year to maintain control.

A terminator,
fleas, are not something you can kill with a store bought product. A terminator will spray down your lawn and he also prevent them from entering the house.
