If you have been working out already, you can keep going with the same routine that you've been doing. Just don't do anything that strains your muscles. Also, don't lift anything over 10lbs.
If you haven't been working out go to your doctor and talk it over with him/her first. I tried to walk everyday when i was pregnant(it didnt' always get done, but I tried) and it helped me keep my weight from skyrocketing on those days that I had crazy cravings.
I would also say to avoid things like sit ups and crunches.
Good luck!

It is at some degree but before doing so you should really consult your doctor first and ask his/her what exercises are okay for you to do. If you are healthy and not high risk in your pregnancy, mild exercises should be okay. There are also a lot of classes you can take for pregnant women (exercises classes that is) that will benefit you later when you give birth. Staying fit while pregnant is great as it will help you when you go through labor and delivery...you just have to make sure that you do everything moderately =)

yep, but take it easy, if u are a member of a gym then speak to yer personal trainer, they will tell u which excercises to avoid.
i know that work outs such as pilates and horse riding are a no go.
swimming, light weights, jogging and power walking are good for you to carry on with and also good at preparing yer body for labour.
