Hi, I think the first one is Stand Your own Ground, this means to have the courage of your convictions and be true to what you believe in.
Number 2 I think is Wear Your Heart On Your Sleeve, this means that you show your emotions easily especially, love and sadness towards the ones you are close to.
Hope this helps ttfn.

!. Stand your own ground means to stand up for yourself or to be able to defend yourself in an argument, and not give in to opposition from others.
2. If someone wears their heart on their sleeve, it means that they don't hide their feelings and emotions from others, but show them in their facial expressions so that it's obvious to others how they feel or else they actually tell honestly how they feel.
