its' a video by mika, and she's the one at the beginning with a yellow dress on, and is sitting on the piano. i've seen her before, but i don't remeber where or who she is. its just really bugging me.

According to Wikipedia, her name is Holly Muller and she's the daughter of the director of the video, Sophie Muller. I've heard someone say that they heard it was his cousin from an interview, but I'm not sure how reliable the information was.
And to the other poster, the video's not "creepy," you just have a sick mind. It's supposed to be like a guy and his kid sister acting out a song together. Have you never seen Eloise at Christmastime? Do you think Bill was a pedophile too because he would sing show tunes to entertain a little girl and let her ride around on a cart pretending they were the king and queen and were throwing a banquet?
Sorry, I'm just getting so sick of all these people automatically being all "Ewww, is he trying to seduce that little girl?" Of course he isn't. They're just playing.
