plz help me wit this! i couldnt find nuttin..

The mid-ocean ridges were discovered using radar to map the ocean floor. The new seafloor is created because the mid-ocean ridge is actually a spreading center where the oceanic crust is being pushed/pulled in opposite directions. The new seafloor comes from the hot molten rock that is just below the surface in these places. When this molten rock reaches the surface it cools and hardens into rock - usually basalts.

What is a mid ocean ride.....do they have this at Cedar Point?? Your spelling is really bad.
