I like McKayla. But a name that I really like, which is similar, but very different at the same time, is Mikyla or McKyla. Loves it!!

mackenzie sounds tomboyish but mckayla sounds like a singer. though i wouldn't spell it mckayla cause it reminds me of friggin' mcdonalds.

they are very pretty names but everybody is naming their girls those names so make sure your friend is aware of that
