didn't notice til i read your question & have been watching it & now it's really obvious - she's wearing a scarf & had the table blurred over her stomach...

They also filmed her in her own house. She was on bedrest for the last 2 months, and they created a set and script to keep her in bed. The behind shots we have seen the last 3 shows have been a stunt double. They never show her face in those shots.

They did that because I believe, Bree's character wasn't pregnant on the show. I don't watch it, but I think I read they weren't going to have Bree pregnant.

they do that a lot to a lot of movie stars do you ever watch marry with children. the mom was pregnant also and they did the same thing.but sad to say she lost her baby but a lot of shows do that.
